I am a real estate professional located in Toronto and working within the greater Toronto area. I’m a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Advantage Realty and a Mortgage Agent with Welbanks Mortgage Group. I am also a partner in Resirental, a real estate investment company focused on residential income properties.
I have an undergraduate degree in Sociology (Honours Bachelor of Arts) from McMaster University and an MBA (Rotman School of Management) from University of Toronto.
I have worked in real estate since 1993, beginning as a shareholder in a residential care company. The company evolved over time into Resirental.
With studies in my MBA in real estate development, numerous work projects related to real estate as well as personal experience in purchasing, managing and selling residential and commercial real estate, I decided in 2010 to add professional real estate designations.
In 2010, I became a licensed Realtor and since then have actively worked as a sales representative in the GTA, bringing an analytical approach to property purchases and sales with a special focus on holding myself responsible for what comes next for my clients.
In 2011, I was licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario as a Mortgage Agent and I combine this with my Realtor practice to offer value and a fuller understanding of real estate transactions to clients.
On a personal level, I have been deeply involved with volunteer Board work since 2005, beginning with serving as a member of the Candy Factory Lofts board of directors. I have also served on the board of In Kind Canada (a national organization with a mandate to ensure in kind gifts reach charities in need) and currently volunteer as a Director on the Board of the University of Toronto Alumni Association, as well as Chair of the Community Engagement committee.
