We are seeking an energetic, awesomely organized and highly effective office administrator to work in a fast-paced mortgage office with three other motivated staff members. The office is located at Queen Street East and Woodbine Avenue.
The situation is a boutique brokerage with an emphasis on personal service. Working closely with the principal broker, the office administrator is responsible for the contact management program, scheduling appointments, file management and event planning as a few of the major requirements.
There are many opportunities to dig in as we are highly engaged with social media and community relations with outreach programs that include, but not limited to, a pumpkin giveaway in the fall, school scholarships for international students, contests and many fundraisers.
